More than 3 checkout bargains

We organize retreats where various accommodation options are offered. That is always quite a hassle with 4 different checkouts.
I would love to arrange that with 1 checkout.
I thought I found a brilliant solution by placing the rooms as checkout bargains at the checkout. But then I can only say 3 options, and I have 4.
Can an extra checkout deal be added? Or even better place multiple products in a shopping cart.

We face similar problems. Plug&pay is excellent to use for simple products, but I think it has more potential if the checkout is a little more extensive.
We understand that more than 3 checkout bargains can reduce the conversion, you could advise that it is true and still offer the option.
