I offer my coachees, who take a coaching subscription, an option to 'snooze/freeze/pauze' their subscription for a month. They are entrepreneurs/founders, so they want to be able to take a month off, and know that they won't have a payment since they won't use my services then.
Right now, workarounds are only possible by cancelling their subscription. I would like:
1) the option to pauze 1 month of payment of their subscription (because crediting that month would mean the system wouldn't take into account that their subscription runs one month longer)
2) an option in the customer portal for them to do it themselves potentially
